Cable Beach is just a 10-minute drive from Chinatown and the heart of Broome. There is a shuttle service to Broome Airport and Cable Beach at regular intervals, charges apply.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATIONS & INSURANCE

Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted).

Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation admin fee.
Booking cancelled less than 60 Days before the start of stay, are non refundable. Exceptions may apply.
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted.

Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to 'circumstances beyond our (BHH) control' an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible, in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest, minus a processing fee of $100.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honored, the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honored within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of $100.

GUESTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE, to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.

Deposit Policy

PAYMENTS:
A 50% deposit is required fo a booking to be confirmed.
If the booking is made 30 days or less before the commencement of the holiday, the FULL RATE is required to effect confirmation. Full and final payment for the holiday booking is required at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. If the outstanding balance has not been received by the due date, the Owner and /or the Booking Agent reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice and the guest will forfeit the deposit. A reminder will be sent to you for final payment 28 days prior to arrival dates.
At time fo booking you will be required to complete the online Guest Rental Agreement. This document needs to be signed by you and forms our Booking Terms and Conditions. Payment for the rental deposit and the signed Rental Agreement, constitutes the guests acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
