This tastefully decorated private luxury holiday home is located in a quiet street opposite bush lands and and only a few minute walk across to Town Beach.
Everything you need is provided in this fabulous property which sleeps up to 10 people. The house has 4 (Plus Loft) bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with an up stairs Loft that can sleep an additional 2 (Shares Bathroom with Bedroom 4). Upstairs is the master bedroom with a huge king size bed, luxurious spa ensuite, TV and private balcony to take in the beautiful ocean views.
Upstairs is a modern combined living/dining area with a chef style fully equipped kitchen, a large flat screen TV with complimentary WiFi available. At the other end of the home is a study and stair case to bedroom 5 (Loft) room with another two remaining bedrooms downstairs which both have a queen bed and private bathrooms. There is a fully equipped Kitchen Down Stairs that leads to downstairs Pool area, There is also a main bathroom and full laundry facilities.
Outside you will find two spectacular areas perfect for entertaining with downstairs has an 8 metre pool, outside tables and stools adjoining the downstairs kitchen and lounge. Upstairs Balcony has space for everyone to dine and relax with an outdoor kitchen, beer fridge, ice esky and grilling plates. There is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and relax in the surroundings. What more could you ask for in a luxury holiday home?
You will also have access to a large lock up garage. All linen and bath towels are provided. Pool towels are also provided.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & INSURANCE
Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted).
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation admin fee.
Booking cancelled less than 60 Days before the start of stay, are non refundable. Exceptions may apply.
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted.
Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to 'circumstances beyond our (BHH) control' an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible, in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest, minus a processing fee of $100.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honored, the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honored within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of $100.
GUESTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE, to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
Deposit Policy
PAYMENTS:
A 50% deposit is required fo a booking to be confirmed.
If the booking is made 30 days or less before the commencement of the holiday, the FULL RATE is required to effect confirmation. Full and final payment for the holiday booking is required at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. If the outstanding balance has not been received by the due date, the Owner and /or the Booking Agent reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice and the guest will forfeit the deposit. A reminder will be sent to you for final payment 28 days prior to arrival dates.
At time fo booking you will be required to complete the online Guest Rental Agreement. This document needs to be signed by you and forms our Booking Terms and Conditions. Payment for the rental deposit and the signed Rental Agreement, constitutes the guests acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Demco Dreaming is as good if not better than the photos show. Very large house with great kitchen, including utensils. Large lounge and open kitchen, with access to the upstairs outdoor area and BBQ. Magnificent master bedroom and ensuite. Second bedroom on main level was very large with own ensuite. Two bedrooms downstairs (each with own ensuite) and second kitchen downstairs have direct access to patio and pool. Very large laundry and double car garage. We recommend that guests have their own car or hire one, as taxies and public transport are limited. Guests with mobility issues may need to reconsider this property given the internal stairs. The house is large enough to give guests "their own space". Loved the property, the location and would definitely definitely stay again.
