Pearl Farm Retreat is a unique family home with so much character and charm, an original pearling masters home built for Captain Lee and his family in c1890. This historical residence has been beautifully renovated throughout and is within walking distance to Matso's Brewery, Chinatown and Town Beach.
Once inside the white picket fences you will find a massive yard with plenty of room for the kids to explore and play. Also a substantial area for parking with room for a boat.
This lovely home comprises of four bedrooms including a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 x king singles and 1 x cot, sleeping 4 and 1 infant. There is also a separate lounge room, bathroom, combined dining/kitchen area and a built in study bench, which is all surrounded by a wrap around enclosed veranda.
Bed 2 Has a full size cot that can be swapped out for a single bed.
Step out the back door into the tranquil gardens where you will find a paved entertaining area equipped with a BBQ and a gorgeous swimming pool which also features a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
Pearl Farm Retreat is pet friendly and all linen/towels will be provided. One extra foam mattress can be added that is suitable for a small child on request.
Please note at the rear of the property is a separate dwelling occupied by the owners.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS & INSURANCE
Cancellations are required in writing (email accepted).
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund minus a $100 cancellation admin fee.
Booking cancelled less than 60 Days before the start of stay, are non refundable. Exceptions may apply.
No refund will be given once a property is tenanted.
Should a booked and confirmed property not be available due to 'circumstances beyond our (BHH) control' an alternative home will be made available to you at no additional cost. Hopefully to the same standard but this may not always be possible, in which case funds will be refunded upon discussion with guests.
Should no replacement accommodation be available the full tariff paid will be refunded to the guest, minus a processing fee of $50.
Should the town be cut off due to floods etc and booking not be able to be honoured, the guest may transfer the booking to another date (to be honoured within 12 months of the original booking dates) or the tariff will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of $50.
GUESTS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO TAKE OUT COMPREHENSIVE TRAVEL INSURANCE, to cater for any unforeseen circumstances.
***Please note we DO NOT Have a COVID 19 Refund Policy*** Please refer to our Cancelation Policy. . No monetary refunds due to lockdowns. To Book and or Stay at one of our properties you must be fully vaccinated as mandated by the Government of Western Australia.

PAYMENTS:
A 50% deposit is required fo a booking to be confirmed.
If the booking is made 30 days or less before the commencement of the holiday, the FULL RATE is required to effect confirmation. Full and final payment for the holiday booking is required at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the holiday. If the outstanding balance has not been received by the due date, the Owner and /or the Booking Agent reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice and the guest will forfeit the deposit. A reminder will be sent to you for final payment 28 days prior to arrival dates.
At time fo booking you will be required to complete the online Guest Rental Agreement. This document needs to be signed by you and forms our Booking Terms and Conditions. Payment for the rental deposit and the signed Rental Agreement, constitutes the guests acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
