How to make a booking
If you don’t know what you are looking for and want some assistance in making a choice, or you’ve found the holiday home you’d like but have further questions that aren’t answered by the information available, or you’d like to manually make a booking over the phone or email…
How to find a holiday home
Browse our site using the main navigation to find a holiday house that looks good. You can begin the booking process on the individual holiday house you like (see the next heading below).
Once you confirm availability for one or more of the holiday homes, you can click the name of the holiday home on the left to visit that home’s main information page.
Begin the booking process by clicking on an available date square and choosing how many nights you’d like to stay. Click once to select and then choose from the dropdown the amount of nights you’d like to book for.
Select the right amount of guests, including adults and children that will be staying. You’ll see a price and fee breakdown as well as the total cost for the duration selected.
Click the “Book Now” button to be taken to the final page where you can enter all other details of the reservation, and then make secure payment.
I’ve chosen a holiday home & am ready to book
View the holiday home you’d like to book.
Scroll to the “Availability and Book Online” section. You’ll see the availability calendar showing the next 2 months. Use the large arrows or the month dropdown to show the month in which you’d like to stay.
Dates (squares) marked in RED are unavailable to book. Move your cursor over the square (not red) that corresponds to the date you’d like.
Click once to select and then choose from the dropdown how many nights you’d like to book for.
Choose how many adults and children will be staying. You’ll see a price and fee breakdown as well as the total cost for the duration selected.
Click the “Book Now” button to be taken to the final page where you can enter all other details of the reservation, and make secure payment.
I’m booked and confirmed, what happens next?
When we have received your deposit of 50% of the total tariff, your booking is considered secured with DEPOSIT PAID.
Once we have received your final payment (due 4 weeks prior to arrival dates) your booking is CONFIRMED.
Guest Registration (via your ‘Booking Manager’ link) will be required two weeks prior to arrival. Instructions provided on your link.
Keys are in a locked box at the house. Once you are registered and paid in full, you will be able to view the code required and directions to gain entry to your accommodation. All information will be provided via your ‘Booking Manager’ link.
Check in time is strictly 2pm unless previously arranged one week in advance.
